How to block a number on K2 Customer self-care


Customer self-care   Call screening



1.       Login on your account :

Username it is your email address. If you do not remember the password please use the remember password.

2.       Click on IP Centrex

3.       Click on phone lines and choose your line that you want to change the settings ( Click on configure)

4.       Once you get the page for your line click again on IP Centrex

5.       Choose Call Screening and add a new rule

6.       User Action and choose reject if you want to block the incoming call for a specific caller

7.       Use time filter to create the rule all the time or time condition

8.       Use Add number to add a phone number that you want to block ( ex 151467888776)

9.       On Incoming Number Filter choose Any of my number

10.   Save the rule
