block |
This
program will allow customers to purchase blocks of service
starting at $3000, that will provide reduced hourly
rates and can be used to purchase parts. This will help
the customer to stay on budget.

Time
block |
This
program will allow customers to purchase blocks of time
of 35, 50, 100, 200 hours at reduced rates.

Outsourcing |
This
program will allow K2
Systems Inc. to
become an extension to your MIS department for a short
or extended period of time. Whether your personnel is
on vacation, sick leave or even for the accomplishment
of a special project. K2
Systems Inc.
can provide you with a qualified service representative
for a specific period of time upon your request.

Per
call |
K2
Systems Inc.
will charge for a minimum of one hour per call. We will
respond to calls within one working day, within 4 hours
for urgent calls. There will be a fixed rate for traveling
time.

Annual
Service |
This
program will provide our customers with a one-year on
site service contract that will cover parts and labour.
Our response time will be 4 hours. Loaner equipment
will be supplied, if necessary, at no extra charge when
needed until repairs are done.
